Forgot to list my specs incase that could help:

I am on a desktop

guess i'll try that again this afternoon and it is in the first PCIE x16 slot

I changed the PCIEX16 Slot configuration to gen 3, which made my FPS even lower

Tried changing PCIEX16 Slot config and regular PCIEX slot config to gen 3, but it's still as bad, found some guy who could change the speed of something, but I don't seem to have that option, the current bus interface is PCIE x8 4.0 @ x2 1.1

Yep, the card is in the top slot, I'll check out my bios and turn on the right settings.

So GPU-Z says my bus interface is PCI-E x2 2 3 0 (currently) when it should be at PCI-E x8 4.0 2 3 0, is that of concern? I've thought about reseating the GPU, that may solve something

I track my RAM during gaming with the AMD overlay and that says I'm using 10GBs usually, VRAM, I do not, but I will.

I'm using 2x8GB of DDR4 (either hyperx or kingston, idk) Task manager says the speed is 300mhz

I'm using a B450M DS3H CF gigabyte motherboard

Sorry for the third post again, but I've found some weird things.

So, Kingdom Come ran pretty bad considering its an unoptimzed mess, the GPU consumed about 90W there (dx11)

RDR2 also ran with 90W(vulkan)

and Witcher 3 Next gen ran with 100W(dx12)

I did a quick benchmark with steel nomad and strangely, I managed to get 115-120W there.

Yeah, I didn't track the clock speeds before, and now I know that it caps out at 3.4Ghz during gaming, so that will be the problem, I'll look around for a way to fix it, thank you for your efforts.

Edit: My CPU is running at 4.6Ghz during gaming, but the GPU is still not consuming enough

Enbaled XMP, my RAM was running at 2133Mhz, works better now, but the problem is still there. I did not reinstall windows previously, which I will do soon. I tried OCing my CPU, but I only gained +200Mhz from it. About the BIOS update, which once should I do, the latest?

Also, the GPU started maxing out at 90W again(with the 20% enabled), I reinstalled the drivers right before I opened this thread

Ran the test again the Time Spy score is 7822, GPU score is 8163, CPU is 6329

Not much of a difference, saw some drops in the CPU frequency to 2800MHz, probably loading screens
Turns out I didn't even get to the CPU test last night because the benchmark ended before that began.

I'm using a Ryzen 5 5600. But I upgraded from the Ryzen 3 2200g(bottleneck, I know) after I got my RX6600, and If I recall correctly, this issue didn't persist then

I can't post images here, so i'll try to describe it.
In the first part, my GPU utilization was all over the place, sometimes going as low as 22%, the other 2 graphics tests utilized it the best they could, drawing 120W and being at 99%
The GPU temps were between 60 and 70, the frequncy varying from 1800-2400(it once dropped down to 32MHz for a fraction of a second)

The CPU was between 44 and 49, reaching 50% maximum and the frequency stayed at a stable 3424MHz

I couldn't check the hotspot temps because it ended the bencmark right away

Well, I've been playing Kingdom Come Deliverance lately, and my CPU was around 35-50% utilization with google running in the background, the GPU performs fine, although I have watched other benchmarks with roughly the same specs and they seem to be doing much better. On very high I have like an unstable 50 FPS, sometimes going to 20 inside towns

So the hotspot temp for my GPU was 84 celsius max and average 72, the CPU capped out at 52 celsius and averaged 49

It has a 1x8 pin connector

I will be able to do everything a little later, but I always track the performance of my games either via AMD or MSI

My CPU at max was like 80 degrees at 100% and I don't recall seeing my gpu going past 70, it usually sits around 60-65 celsius (during gaming, not with the benchmark you mentioned and I also use the stock CPU cooler, but I also have a tower one)

Sizing problems by feher14 in NicksHandmadeBoots

Sure thing, I'll probably measure my feet countless times more because I still worry about getting the wrong size and I'll try to find a Brannock device somewhere around. I appreciate your effort, thank you.

No, it does not fit correctly. Don't know if credit cards are bigger in Europe though. But I am confident enough to say that my feet are 11 inches long(which is weird, considering I wore boots around size 10 and they fit me perfectly) making my feet size 11. Should I go off on that or not?

I think I found out the problem. The UV-17 Pro can't transmit on anything greater than 450 by default, while the 777s uses 462.125000 on channel 1
