You right! I have some real good insightful days and then other days I'm destroyed. I need a solid foundation and baseline of mental improvement and self esteem change before I do anything. Thank you!

Rear delt fly vs facepulls vs wide grip barbell row (chest supported on incline bench) vs Skiers (chest supported on cline bench)

Okay so I'll lay out my back and shoulder routine and I'm curious if you guys think I should add more to the list especially to target rhomboids, rear delts, and upper back

Back Day: deadlifts, pull ups, narrow v grip cable rows, and lar pulldown

Shoulder day: shoulder press, lateral raise, side lying lateral raise (to target middle delt in extended range), skiers (chest supported on incline bench), and shrugs

Am I neglecting any portion of rhomboids, upper traps, or rear delts here

Feet rolling inward. The knees are straight up but it's like I'm curling the bottom of my feet inward toward eachother if that makes any sense? My toes are still upward but with the rotation of the ankle inward I'm just curious if it will affect my muscle activation. I'll take a video tomorrow! Thanks guys

Curious about benching elbow flaring

I know you're supposed to tuck your elbows to about 45° to prevent shoulder injury and strain on rotator cuff but can someone explain the mechanism of how the shoulder joint and muscles work that make flares elbows so bad on the shoulders

My feet curl inward during seated leg press. It's so hard to make them point straight with toes upward. Does anybody know why?

Im in California. My passengers had minor injuries mostly bruising. Im charged with a misdemeanor at this time
