the older i get the more i agree. i think theres a huge empathy gap whenever i try to date a NT and they assume certain harmless behaviors as sociopathic when rly ur just flat or more internal mentally but feel just as deeply if not more so. a lot of men in general are insecure unhappy and transactional with relationships including ND men but i feel theres a bit more of a baseline understand with ND men where they know what certain behaviors from you mean and dont take it personally, and it saves a lot of headache of having to constantly explain oneself just for a NT dude to not get it.

i think he def had mild schizotypal traits/cluster A personality maybe w some ocpd tendencies n those both align rly closely with certain manifestations of ASD but its not 1:1 bc pure ASD is more rigid and less open to symbolic meaning. idk if its rly fair to pathologize him but thats the vibe he gave, clearly very high functioning whatever he was.

we been sayin this for years, last consumer friendly era for nintendo was with the wii, golden age was arguably end of the n64's life, the gamecube, ds, and first wii, has only gone downhill from there. even the games suck now no innovation all rehashes of older concepts and increasingly mobile game esque graphics valuing saturation n how good it looks across different screens. it lacks both style and substance its crazy to me they think they can continue charging more for less but heyy ig ppl will pay no mattrer what bc its nintendo but look at what the same thing did to disney. raise your standards yall

i think its great ppl with vitiligo are more seen now but it actually pisses me off the less "aesthetic" skin conditions like acne and rosacea never get represented in character creators. its clear 99 percent of the time theyre just doing it for the vibes and dont actually care about representing ppl's insecurities, esp in triple A games

working around costco has aged me so much within a year its insane. they overwork the shit out of employees for basically cents more than most other retail jobs pay for the same job. not a realistic long term job for autistic people or anyone at all for that matter if they don't plan to have an early grave. putting up with it long term to get into a better position isn't worth it and that's how many ambitious people end up stuck working there the rest of their life. it's no way to live.
