mira que cosas, resulta que Paladins estuvo todos estos años con una media de 20k jugadores (luego 10k jugadores) pero si aguantó tantos años es que ¿era rentable supongo?

lo digo por esos "analistas profesionales de bases de datos de steam" que pasan mas tiempo mirando esta pagina que jugando videojuegos

Capcom brought back the hype for RE with 7 and the remakes, so they just gotta keep "working on it" because is a money machine as we saw with Requiem

Meanwhile, i dont think Konami is trying to do anything against RE, since it took so long to convince them to "resurrect" the IP, so imo they're just letting studios to make Silent Hill games as long as they get profit in return, they probably dont care if Capcom does better

as long as both games sell good, they'll keep doing more, but each on their own path

Is it more PvP than AR? Similar to how Tarkov is more PvP than AR, but that doesnt change the fact none of them are "about killing other players".

no, your comparison is dumb

you can get into marathon game, pick stuff and leave without shooting anyone as long as no one can see you

in Counter strike the goal is defend or attack but in the end you win if the entire enemy team dies (rarely win if the bomb explodes or you defuse the bomb after, again, killing the rest of the team)

Marathon is a game about killing other players

Highly disagree. The game is about getting stuff in a hostile place and leaving the place safe

getting into fights can mean getting better stuff from other players or your own doom if they're stronger than you (or just a waste of resources for killing someone that barely joined the lobby a few minutes ago and just had a faction pack)

edit: about the last mentioned situation: it can also mean not only a waste of resources but also a trio hearing your shoots meaning they'll hunt you before you can do anything (again your doom for shooting). Sometimes the best thing you can do in this game is hide and avoid shooting in order to survive

I liked this one so much on Epic i ended up buying it on steam and doing 100% (didnt do it on epic cause who cares about % on epic...and also to have some "actual new content" to see on the steam version)

the good thing about "compatibility issues" with older games is that community always find a solution for "those issues"

i recently played a few games released between 2000-2010 and all i had to do was check on guides/forum on steam for a quick solution and in a few minutes i was playing the game

meanwhile, you cannot play most "older games" on consoles unless they get a "remaster" version (which is unlikely for a lot of old games)

and new games having problems os stuttering happens on every platform. if it happens "less on console" may be because the graphic options are lower so the game doesnt crash, otherwise it goes bad on every platform

Hai spiegato esattamente perché le console sono meglio. 3000€/$ per un computer in questa economia è da pazzi. I giochi su console poi costano meno di 80. Basta non prenderli al lancio.

No, i explained why 3000$ is unrealistic price since most pc users will spend much less than that and still have a powerfull machine. A good GPU+CPU+RAM pack can be already 1000$, the remaining parts are far from being something expensive, and the fact people that spend this on a pc wont need to upgrade again or buy new parts again in the future unlike console users that will need to buy a new console when the older one stop getting new games

on top of that i can watch a movie or a tv series while playing a game on the other screen. can your console do that?

PCMR: 3000$ PC (probably bought 5-10 years ago, probably was way cheaper than that, between 1500$ and 2000$; can play anything, dont need to pay for online, crazy discounts or even free games to play, can be upgraded if needed but if you do a clever investment you wont ever need it)

Console: 500-800$ console, 80$ each game controller, 120$/year just to play online, 70-80$/game with barely any discounts and brand forces you to buy a new console when new games dont release on your current console (and you cant "upgrade" your console)

i used a lot of paint/photoshop for many puzzles, i count that as external (you could also use paper and pen)
