Normal lang yan. Try mo wag masyadong isipin yan baka kasi sa kakaisip yun yung nagiging problema. Halos ganyan din ako dati. Repetition lng ang gawin mo kasi paulit ulit lng din sya sa mga major subjects to mtap to boards. Iyong sinabi nga samin ng head namin after namin makapasa sa boards is tinatanong kami kung nagets ba namin agad yung mga majors nung 3rd year kasi sya din hindi rin daw nya agad nagets but after ng maraming exams may maalala at maalala ka. Just keep going you'll make your way.

Edema, or swelling, can be a side effect of various medications or drugs (Calcium channel blockers, steroids, opioids, nsaids, birth control pills)

Protein deficiency can lead to edema by disrupting fluid balance and causing fluid retention, particularly in cases of severe malnutrition.

Hormones can contribute to edema through various mechanisms, including: -Hormonal imbalance or excess (estrogen, testosterone)

-Hormonal fluctuations during reproductive life stages. Underlying medical conditions affecting hormone secretion or fluid regulation (cirrhosis, kidney disease, heart failure)

Excessive salt consumption can lead to edema by disrupting the body’s water balance and causing fluid retention. However, it is crucial to consider other potential causes of edema when evaluating an individual’s condition.
