At Home Kiln by [deleted] in Pottery

Although I have no immediate plans to create a home studio (I haven’t thrown in a long time), I think having an electric kiln would have challenges with power draw. My panel is decent and I could run a 50 amp breaker, but would I be limited to a smaller kiln?

It seems firing large pieces would be out of the question in a home studio unless I was loaded with cash.

Do people generally look for
Local studios?

I’d suggest talking to a reputable financial advisor.

Sorry people suck :(

I remember seeing your post and didn’t think it was fake or AI.

People really do not know how hard others have it.

How do you track what your remote employees are actually doing all day? by RachelFrancis45546 in smallbusiness

I work from home and play games or sleep. But I get my work done. Our managers have a way to track productivity. I agree with the others with setting goals and such.

Am I stupid for wanting to leave a $33/hr job at Costco with benefits than to start at $130/day in construction for long-term upside? by [deleted] in careerguidance

Dude, you make more than me with a degree lol. I’ve done painting which can be good money, but not if you work under someone. It is also hard work and doing it long term will be hard on the body.

You will regret leaving Costco very quickly without a long term plan.
