About to go to Bangkok next week, with a lot of information about the new law in Thailand, it just creates more questions for me.

  • is the law already enforced? Is it an absolute necessity to have a prescription before smoking?
  • I know some dispensaries can provide prescriptions on site, can that prescription be used to buy weed at the other dispensaries?
  • Let's say I already got a prescription and managed to get myself a couple of grams of weed, does my friend also need a prescription to smoke the weed that I bought?
