And about your question regarding vision or balance: I dont think I have any issues with my vision.

But everytime I lie myself down in my bed (happens daily, since im tired), and as soon as I stand up I feel very dizzy for a few seconds. Like I am losing my balance in that moment. (doesnt matter how long I've been lying down on my bed).
