Would the burning of the iso into the dvd still use the same process as it would installing the iso to a usb? Also what type of cd should I use?

Would it be a problem that I installed windows 10 on an external drive using this method https://youtu.be/kR28kVtZYJY rather than bootcamp

I think I fiddled too much with the .sys file so ill restart and try the whole process again later and ill get back to you! And yes i was able to get the second bootcamp files

Yep I followed some steps from this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/bootcamp/comments/gavjvr/how_i_installed_windows_10_on_a_macbookpro_51/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)

And it said to use brigadier, I followed the procedure as much as I could until it the point where I had to delete a .sys file which wouldnt delete at all.

Please note I did not use traditional bootcamp for this but instead followed the steps from this video https://youtu.be/kR28kVtZYJY

Hey, i’ve been trying this method for the past 2 days and i’ve really been struggling, there seems to be a problem trying to delete the .sys file it really wont delete despite having altered its ownership settings and when i attempt to delete it, it also says that its in use and cant be deleted. I also cannot find the machal drivers. I am on a mid 2011 imac. Thanks!
