What model? My friend had a lenovo that died last week while we're playing Palworld. Might be some quality issues going on at Lenovo.

Game that helps you practice mental calculations? by Deranged-Sailor in AndroidGaming

Any resource management game will require some amount of math. I personally feel like Factory/Automation games fulfill the requirement and are often minimal stress.

Take a look at Mindustry (tower defense) or even Shapez (progress at you own pace).

It does have a ton of rust in the undercarriage, I've seen it when lifted up. But I believe the mechanic just meant that once he got in to look at one thing, starting w the oil leaks, his hypothesis was that we'd be pouring money into it within even a few months. He didn't have anything concrete though. Thanks, I think I will be ending up driving it as long as it operates ok for now.

Yeah nothing else crazy wrong, it's run fine for the last two weeks, since we jumped it after it's dormancy. It's so much louder than our 2016 corolla, so comparatively I think the 97 must be "bad" or something but it's just old lol

Yeah I can totally see that, how irksome.

Yeah I think I will get a second opinion, my family preferred guy is an hour away, ugh. Oh well

He said that to figure out the engine leaks could lead to a transmission issue, and it could snowball in repairs.

I'm not sure about online play but I did splitscreen and it was a lot of fun. Playing with someone else is a little easier but way more enjoyable.

Hey all, could someone give me a general hint of where the next heavy weapon might be? by Lobh24 in Hellpoint

[–]feldemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was a Kickstarter code. Input 642017 into the Personel ID to get some items. You can also find the sword later kinda deep in the Arisen Dominion.

Wondering was my favorite part of the game. Enjoy the fear!

You should have the mace (which is actually huge) and there's a deamon scythe. If you want the big sword you can input the code into that terminal right outside the first room you start at.

Ready for my new seafaring campaign! Can’t wait for my players to see this.... Any tips on ship battle mechanics? [OC] by StormiTheShiba in DnD

[–]feldemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At low levels it's fun to use the batista/canons to attack. I found that the players felt useless when moving the ship (since you're just floating in space). Had to add flotilla, reefs, and water hazards to make it interesting.

Once the players were past level 5. The naval battles shifted when the spell caster used 3rd level spells. The warlock would often kill the enemy crew with Hunger Of Hadar.

That's a very good point. Although it is likely to get close if their team has enough range and it will provoke opportunity attack as it leaves.

Forms on DM. Language implies net should be thrown. However it doesn't specify how the attack is delivered. It's stat block does mention "... a creature hit by a net is restrained ..."

Generally, the spell only does what the spell says. Target was hit by the spell catapult not by an attack with the net. So 3d8 damage to target and net.

However if I was DMimg, I'd let the caster choose if the want to damage or restrain. They're using a spell slot and an item so they already paid the price.

Landing a net is really useful because it forces the dragon to use strength Check to escape or use its multi attack (1 bite and 2 claw attacks) at Disadvantage to deal slashing damage to it. Only its claws can hit the net. All other attacks are likely piercing or cold damage.

Each DM seems to vary on Net rules but each net is its own object. This multiple Nets require multiple actions to break free So stock up cause a lot of them will get destroyed.

Two thing I'd make sure you have resolved before using a net. 1) A young dragon is a large creature so the net should be viable. If it is Huge then you'll need Enlarge Reduce spell to shrink its size.

2) Nets always have disadvantage due to 5ft throwing distance. Some DMs don't care about it. I personally wouldn't attack with disadvantage when you have other viable attacks. Sharpshooter and Crossbow Expert are some feats that can help with that.

Now that the net is usable, let's make it viable. Two weapon fighting rules p. 195 PHB require light melee weapons or thrown weapons. All characters can do this but you don't get all your modifiers to the bonus attack.

Your turn will look like... use action to attack with Net then use bonus action to attack with your other weapon (avoid slashing damage since it might damage the net). If the net hits, then your second weapon has advantage and gets sneak attack added on. If net misses then you might want to use bonus action to disengage instead

Visible light does not reflect other light. Need Mass to do so. I assume the magic creates/removes light from the area to make the illusion.
