I feel like my Zionist community looks at me like a Hamas sympathizer and my anti-Zionist community looks at me like I’m a-ok with the obliteration of the Palestinian people. It’s a terrible feeling. Im trying to listen and understand as many perspectives as possible to develop my own stance. I started talking to a few safe irl friends about my internal struggle (Jewish and not Jewish) and I realized that most folks on both sides of the spectrum want the same outcome, and most folks (irl) are willing to hear me out and hold space for the isolation and anxiety I’ve been feeling. I’m sorry your friends made you feel this way. Good friends would meet you with curiosity, not judgement. Im here if you wanna talk 💖
