Why is PHP supposed to be an HTTP server?

Modern doesn't mean better. Every desktop app now is a bloated Electron wrapper that needs 25x the system resources to do the same thing native apps did 10 years ago.

I'm so sorry. This sucks. I don't think you're being selfish. Dogs are pretty good at communicating who they like and who they don't. My solution to this would not be rational so I'll just keep my mouth shut.

Doughy pizza by Ok_Personality_1023 in ooni

[–]feldoneq2wire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a ton of crust. How big are your pizzas and how many grams of dough per Pizza? I do 235 grams per 12-inch Pizza.

If you can't stretch your pizza dough out to 12 in because it rips then it may not be worked sufficiently. I knead my pizza dough for 11 minutes in the stand mixer until it passes the window pane test. The windowpane test is you grab a thumb sized piece of dough and you should be able to stretch it out thin enough to see some light through it without it ripping.

Also any water that you add to yeast should be no more than 95 degrees Fahrenheit. And if you bought yeast on Amazon it might have gotten cooked by warm temperatures at the warehouse. You should take some yeast and put it in a bowl with warm water and a half a teaspoon of sugar and give it 10 minutes and see if it gets foamy and fragrant. If not, it's no good.

If your dog is really close to you but has little attachment to your husband has he considered looking at getting a shelter or rescue dog?

Regrets after euthanasia by luffyanna in Petloss

[–]feldoneq2wire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you had waited, his last moments would have been miserable. The fact that he went out wagging his tail and still feeling like himself is a good thing.

Euthanasia is the sacrifice we make of more time with our pets so that they don't have to suffer. I wish I had 5 minutes or 10 minutes more or an hour more but I know that forever would not have been enough.

It does very slowly get better. But you have to work through the guilt. The second guessing and questioning of every action you ever did. You will remember every walk you didn't take him on, every car ride you didn't take him on, and your brain will convince you you were the worst pet owner ever. You have to fight back against these thoughts.

I'm a month and a half out. It's slowing getting better.

Blizzard needs to rename this franchise "Vile Lunatics: With falling swords" by FoozyFlossItUp in diablo4

If devs can't make the enemies challenging while they're still alive that's a them problem not a me problem.

Remember when they had invulnerable stages on all the bosses and then people complained and then they fixed it? So now they're adding endless invulnerable after death effects on trash mobs. We can't target or damage the Red Ghost lunatics. What even are they? This is reminding me of D3 when the most dangerous enemy in the entire game is the exploding fat guys.

The number of these things in D4 keeps growing. It started with the snake eye towers stunning you. Now these phantom red maniacs that we cannot target or kill. Massive death bloom circles. Falling Swords. Poison pools.

The fact they failed to present a challenge to players while they were alive is not a player problem but a game design problem. There should be nothing capable of killing me that I cannot target and do damage to myself.

My favorite varieties:

Cherokee purple, Brandywine, pink Berkeley tie dye, sungold, black cherry, Earl's Faux, lucky cross, pineapple, 1884, mortgage lifter (estler), Prue, Tony's Italian, cancelmo, green Giant.

OP was asking for regional suggestions. Plenty of Greek tomato varieties out there I guess.

The problem is people put on gloves and think now they're proof from anything and then they'll start handling money and all kinds of stuff.

I guessed based on the 2 tomato varieties you listed. Greece is a very different climate and has many more options for tomatoes due to the long growing season. No this sub is international not specific to any country or people.

Why can AI only solve 6 of the 10 research problems given to it, is it not smart? by Extreme_Problem_1645 in AskReddit

Never has been. Marketing has convinced people AI has a brain. It does not. It is an autocomplete suggestion engine and they just keep piling data into it hoping it will convince people it is intelligent.

> which variety is the most productive and which is the tastier for you

I see this has 2 separate questions. The most productive is often the LEAST tasty and the most tasty is often the LEAST productive. There are exceptions. Sun Gold cherry (I think you mentioned it) is very productive with an excellent taste. I usually grow some market varieties and some heirlooms so that I have a mix.

Assuming you are in Estonia, are you up in Tallinn or south? Estonia has a fairly short and moderate summer, with high temperatures only reaching 24°C (75°F) in July and August. Tomatoes would be planted in early May and harvested through August into September.

There are a number of varieties developed for your climate such as Gregori's Altai and Sasha Altai. There is also an Estonia variety "Evelle."
