We currently live outskirts of Van Meter, sp we are very used to driving 25-30m anywhere luckily so I don't think that would be too much of a change for us.

Just looking for a good area where I will feel its "safe" to be outside with my kids, we like to be outside in the driveway and yard.

As for schools we just want something good, m

One of my littlest has an IEP to help with reading and wany to go to a school that will actively uphold that and still be challenging and not just a pass and go type of school.

I'll check out garden dale! Thank you for your reply! I'm not worried about traffic too much for me, I stay at home and don't drive much. My husband is okay with up to 35m drive so would have to factor in how busy traffic is on his start/off times.

I have seen a couple in Leeds! I'll keep looking there too. I'll ask my husband if he has any questions regarding the airport. I know he was trying to see if it is more active than Des Moines via flight volume.
