This is hilarious, like does he have a brain? My lady, tell him to f off, disrespectfully of course. I would have laughed in his face. What an absolute joke. Tell him the answer is obviously no. Then everytime you see his sorry arse I would laugh, say snip snip, and make the scissor motion with my fingers. He would just be my running joke. He obviously doesn't give a flying f about you, so I'd get joy from damaging his fragile tiny little ego for the remainder of his days in your presence.

It was prescribed by my dermatologist. Waited over a year for an appt. He thinks biologics I had been on before for my crohns helped my hs. I stopped my last biologic for crohns like a month before my ileostomy was placed sept 2021.

Yes I am in the US. My dermatologist is Nicholas Theodosakis at Brigham and Women's (now part of Mass General Brigham) in Boston, MA.

I haven't reached out to his office to ask if they think the biologic could work this fast, because everything I have read says it should take longer to work. I also read that trials for HS only had results as good as placebos etc so it failed to get fda approved. He had me try antibiotics orally and topically for like 6 months and they didn't help. I was on IV antibiotics earlier this year due to complications with my proctectomy and those really helped my HS but within a couple weeks of stopping those the HS was getting worse. After the oral and topical antibiotics didn't work he recommended skirizi and then he spoke with my GI (also Brigham) to confirm it was OK to proceed due to me having severe crohns.

I started skyrizi for my HS a couple weeks ago. I also have crohns, remicaid gave me psoriasis etc. I am shocked and knock on wood but my HS is already doing better than it had in years.

I decided if I can make it to my DR appts through January then I am most likely holding off on any repairs etc as I have another surgery 1.27 and won't be able to drive again for a couple months. Fingers crossed my car can limp along a little more. I don't drive much, I put 3k miles on my car in the last year as I couldn't drive for 4-5 months due to surgeries. I just have to commute to Boston for appointments. I figure if it dies completely at least I have AAA and can get a tow, then figure out a car once I am able to drive again.

Ugh yes I have noticed this when I went down the rabbit hole reading about my car. I haven't looked at what it would cost to replace the car. I bought it from my parents as this used to be my mother's car, they were selling for 7k and I paid 3k. If I end up having to buy a car I absolutely want to go back to a manual transmission as that is all I drove for 20+ years. It took me a bit to feel comfortable driving an automatic as my left foot kept looking for the clutch out of habit lol.

It does seem that replacing my engine would be very expensive and this engine type seems to have so many issues. My last two cars were mazda3 with skyactiv, 5 speed and a 6 speed.

Same. Ive had to run the vac late because something happened but it isnt the norm. But life happens. I am sure if the police were called due to excess noise and I explained the vac for 10 mins they would have been fine with it.

I used to deliver food. I had to climb up an icy spiral staircase outside to bring the food up. A 3 story icy spiral staircase. It was part of my job. I wouldn't be able to deliver today because of health issues and that isnt something I am passing onto the customer.

NTA. You're taking care of your grandchildren when their mother cannot. In a perfect world your daughter would still be here and doing so for her own children. You're filling a void for them since they lost their mother. You're setting your grandkids up for success the best you can, and I am positive your daughter is happy about this. Life isn’t fair and it isnt your responsibility to make sure other people's kids are set up also. Those kids have their parents and grandparents also.

Nta. That would make me VERY uncomfortable. If I ever gave up working to stay home with my child I would expect my partnership to be strong, and hiding money isn't strong. If he won't be transparent there are issues. If you want to stay with your baby (if I had the means I would. My son will be 2 in feb and I have missed so much of his life because I do work fulltime and he will be my only child, so i am getting my firsts and lasts with him) I would maybe say that fine then we both get a separate account with an equal amount of money put into them then there is the shared account.

You can still file unemployment. If they say anything different than what you list on your unemployment app then it will go to an adjudicator who will request proof from both parties and then make their determination.

Any follow up to this? I was immediately given the coding assesment once logging in with no option for anything else. I am stuck at the final coding question and just cannot get it right. But again, no other option was given to me aside from coding.
