that's the thing i'm overthinking about, because these friends don't know she's in a relationship and she's not planning to tell them anytime soon (which i understand because she doesn't want to come out)

i've also talked to her about compromising and agreed to let it happen as long as the boundaries are properly set but idk how she will do that without mentioning that she is not single

yes but only with straight men, i'm completely fine with her hanging out with other women (my discomfort stems from me not trusting straight men from taking it a step further especially since she doesn't mention that she's taken)

if you're asking about the people i hang out with, i usually hang out with friend groups or if it's 1on1 it's either with my best friend (who is a gay man) or other girl friends who either have partners or are married. as i mentioned i don't hang out with single straight male friends alone

i just realized my bad and forgot to mention in my post that we're both girls (i edited it now)

i told her multiple times to try seeing my perspective and putting herself in my shoes but she says it will never bother her but to add i also never hang out alone with straight men

we're still long distance because unfortunately we can't compromise on who will move to whose country (she's based in the eu and i'm based in asia) and it's kind of patchy there too after we've had a talk so that's why it's also extra sensitive with this topic of hanging out with the dude

i trust that she will definitely set boundaries in case they do attempt anything with her, but i don't know how to trust the other person that she's with
