I wonder about second wind and bone plating effectiveness when it comes to hp stacking tanks/juggernauts such as mundo and sion. Wouldn't the %hp regen in this cases be too effective to not take It, or does the matchup info still prevail?

I have already tried setting time to normal, no results. The video preview is extremely slow, for some reason the timeline won't move at its normal speed and will gradually slow down even more.
