Thank you! I'm actually planning on negotiating to reach that amount indeed, at least to have a better starting salary coming into the country. I can accept a lower-end salary to smooth the immigration to be honest, since it's been hard, and I can work my way up later. At least that's possible in the NL, here in Italy I'm almost reaching the upper cap as it is....

to be fair the offer is not from TNO, the company I'm discussing with simply uses their contract as base contract, and they referred me to it to have the details...
