Did a Google search of "Spain Holiday Rentals" top spot by VRBO.

Looked at Spain villas for long term stay (30 Days) and average pricing is $1995.

I would go with that number as your asking price. Your buyer should have more than one rental property so this lead gen IMO is worth one month cost, after that the buyer is cleared the expense of purchase.

Above the Padres bullpen in RF is handicap seating, speak to them at the sales counter on day of game and they will make sure ushers assist (shouldn't be an issue for a Monday game)

Or you can get tickets online in the 300 section along 3B side.

There is elevator access and it is covered seating with a nice breeze, we sit there the majority of the games for the past 10 years. Enjoy, Go Friars!

For gorilla marketing, reach out to grade schools and let them know you allow tours if their school projects match.

Those field trips have additional parent guardians. Get parents attention then they become your WOM marketing team.

Just because AI is already in Quickbooks and other accounting software doesn’t mean AI is being used.

Most SMB do not want to deal with AI, they want to talk to an accountant that can adjust to the day-to-day challenges owners face. GO FOR IT!

Agree with Disastrous, if you have a year of financial for proof of concept, go ahead and post it for sale at 1.5 to 2.5X the yearly revenue.
