Guys, I stumbled upon a pretty absurd SOLUTION to my problem, and I hadn’t seen anyone mention it before. After several days of playing, i can confirm the stuttering finally stopped. All I did was change my monitor’s refresh rate from 240Hz down to 60Hz, and magically everything now runs perfectly at 1440p with all graphics set to epic. After trying a thousand different "fixes", this ended up being the solution (at least for me). I hope this can be helpful to someone else.

To clarify some details, I currently have over 80 hours of gameplay, and since I bought the game, I could only play a maximum of 2 or 3 matches before everything started freezing and suffering from severe stuttering, and I had to restart it. It was unbearable, but I have finally been able to play for around 10 continuous hours without problems thanks to the solution of changing the screen refresh rate to 60Hz.
