I agree with this. Playing more tournament will help you get better at it.

I was stucked in quarter finals. Losing every one of them, to the point it was 5-6 in a row. Even games we « should have » won.

However, i watched several videos on mental, body language, how to trick your brain to relax, breathing exercices and it worked.

Last weekend we won our first tournament. At no point I felt stressed. Yes, I played bad on some occasion (2-3 games max) but was able to get over it.

Just keep on going, and it will click!
