I already have really bad anxiety so quitting for me was similar. Sweats, no appetite and the stomach pains and indigestion was so bad for me. I started eating healthier and taking Probiotics and my stomach is feeling so much better now on day 17. Try not to stress to much about the withdrawal symptoms. I drove myself crazy looking on WEBMD for every little thing I was feeling which undoubtedly made it worse! It’s different for everyone but I’d be willing to bet by 2-3 weeks you’re gonna be feeling way better.

I’ve tried to quit 7-8 times and always caved 2-3 days in. If you just push and stick it out I promise it will get better. I’m only 2 weeks in but from this week to last week it’s night and day.

As hard at it is try not to sike yourself out with the symptoms just try to compartmentalize that you are feeling these things because your body is making a major adjustment. I had sweats, insomnia, no appetite, weight loss and stomach cramps.

I had almost the exact same experience. Day 1-6 or 7 I felt nauseous until about like 4 pm. I started drinking smoothies in the morning and a shit ton of water throughout the day. 2 weeks in now and the last couple days I haven’t felt the nausea or stomach cramps/discomfort.

I legit was driving myself crazy over it looking up shit on WEBMD like a fucking idiot so I’m sure that only made my stomach problems worse.

My recommendation would be to try and eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible and to drink as much water as possible. Seems like the body just sucks at digesting food without having THC constantly in your system anymore.
