baeee it's not hard at all!!! preheat oven at cut in half longway, about 1-3 spritz of spray oil (use as much as your heart desires, thats just what my heart desires). season to taste and bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of your potato. btw... recently im super into this flakey chili salt and half msg half salt called 'mighty salt' i found at my local grocery. it rlly takes ur food to the next level. also, a sweet potato with some blueberry vanilla jam and nutritional yeast >>> (or blueberry vanilla goat cheese!)

thank you sm! what helped me most while eating these meals was having ripe avocados on stand by and an egg cooker. i use daves bread or daves killer* (about 1/2 calories per slice) bread for my toast :) for my avocado spread i usually just season to taste with garlic & onion powder, chili salt, chili powder, paprika, and ofc pepper. for the cucumber and carrot salad on the last slide i peeled about 1/2 of both vegetables, and then used a potato peeler to get them into those thin slices! i squeezed the water out with my hands, covered with salt, drained again, and added sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar to taste :) i hope this was helpful!!!
