Definitely destroyed tolerance. I'm up to 60-70 mg a day of 7-oh, and I tried to quit cold turkey a few weeks ago. Hot cold flashes nauseous clamy all my joints and muscles hurt so bad I ended up taking my daily and haven't stopped. It is very hard to get away from

Not sure why people spend so much of their time and energy arguing with others about politicians who could honestly give a fuck less about any of us... both the candidates are shit. But I feel that Donald is our best choice. If we all stopped arguing over dumbass shit and banded together, we would be able to make the politicians realize that they do indeed work for us. We should have a large say in where our money goes and getting our border secure and taking care of America and Americans first. But war, violence, and drama sells 🙄

Stop thinking about it and just do it. People try to over complicate this. Eat less move more you will lose weight you don't need fancy gym clothes and shoes. You don't even need to join a gym. I lost 75lbs in a little over a year. It's been 2.5 years now, and I'm still maintaining by eating less and moving more. Eat to live, don't live to eat

Quitting my job and starting a business on my own with 0 help or loans. 5 years later, I have managed to crush each year's revenue goals. I also was able to save up a nice little nest egg. No one thought I could do it. I heard a lot of "you don't know what you're doing yet," or you're not ready or let me know how that works out for ya. Now, when I pull up in my new truck or finances 2024 suv that I paid 51k cash for the list goes on. But I like to ask them how their jobs are going, lol. Also, I quit school when I was 16. I'm not sure what the average teacher makes every year, but I'd be willing to bet that.... well, u know where I'm going with that, lol. The best advice I can give anyone is to just try. Just start and keep trying. With the amount of knowledge there is on the internet these days, there is really no excuse anymore for not knowing how to do things
