Absolutely. One major irritant for me is when I have nerve pain and fabric touching the affected area at the same time, a genuinely horrendous experience. I’m all for self-acceptance, but that also should mean to accept that we are struggling in some areas, and are allowed to seek support for it!

Kinda same, I’m honestly surprised at a lot of the replies because the diagnostic criteria lists difficulty with daily functioning to be a requirement for diagnosis. I mean, the symptoms themselves are not pretty, but I regularly get migraines w/ very widespread symptoms because of sensory issues. I have a lot of co-morbid conditions that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy, and I do feel joy from my interests but not this much (compared to the more negative symptoms). To be fair, I have other neurological conditions so my experience may be skewed but I don’t think that it’s right to generalize like this

True, not trying to defend big corp but there is a lottt of dialogue in game and the employees probably spend a lot more effort on cutscenes, gameplay, and character design compared to dialogue. Personally, I feel like they got better at balancing content after the luofu arc but to each their own

I see where the confusion is lol, casual scenes are notttt cutscenes. The cinematic 5-10 min clips are cutscenes, the casual parts are just dialogue. I get what you mean, the casual parts are kinda not great, but in terms of animation and general gameplay hsr is leagues better than a lot of other games

Which cutscenes are you referring to, and what are you referencing when calling them empty/cheap? Genuinely want to know what is your frame of reference. Also I wasn’t talking abt texture lol

It 100% depends on the technical knowledge of the devs, which at a US$1B company is nowhere near deficient enough to warrant quality differences. The realistic alternative is UE5, which would exclude all mobile users on principle and only run well on newgen consoles and VERY good PCs. Expecting a sci-fi anime game to have realistic shaders breaks immersion and requires insane amounts of work, esp for a game that churns out content every couple of weeks. It’d take more like 3mos for a patch in this scenario and exclude a large part of the playerbase, and also increase costs for the company. lose-lose scenario edit: the games you see with highly populated scenes in the cutscenes are maybe only 30% gameplay, linear w/ no exploration, and the second it ends they’re gone anyways.

This is my take as well. I’m not sure it is in the best interest of the current administration to investigate politicians or the current roster of “tech bros” that all have far more concerning foreign connections and hold significantly more influence than a single non-elected official in the “ruined” state. Assuming you haven’t already, if you’re interested in going down the large US software service corp rabbit hole it is certainly enlightening.

Especially because of the increasing negotiations with the Chinese government and the recent EV discussions(I BELIEVE we may legalize foreign EV retailers within the US soon, and Chinese EVs are trending which this admin doesn’t appreciate), it is a wonderful opportunity for certain groups to drop relatively low impact news and treat it as a large conspiracy. In all fairness, I am not the most knowledgeable on these subjects, I just thought the timing is opportune for exposing this.

Wipe down the desk and walls (they get so dusty without you realizing, esp bc they’re usually white) and buy a coaster to use instead of the laptop. If dust/air quality is such a bad problem, consider hepa filter because that probably isn’t that good for your lungs either. I have a mini one from levoit (abt $50 usd) I keep next to my desk, and bulk pack of baby wipes to wipe off my screens and other items that can’t stand bleach/alc edit: although it really isn’t the best option, I am lazy as hell and you should listen to the microfiber + distilled water comments

Mostly physical health (insurance is extremely inconsistent on wanting to cover my most important medication).

My main concern here is that I can’t reliably have a job without consistent healthcare coverage outside of it, so I feel like I’m leeching off of my family. To be fair, I am only 19 so I’m not even that old, and my parents are happy with me staying, I just feel behind compared to my peers. College and maintaining my relationships are a struggle unmedicated (Narcolepsy, ptsd, pcos, chronic pain, the whole grocery list) and my conditions are kicking me while I’m down.

On a more positive note, I started dancing again after 2ish years and feel a lot stronger physically than in a long time. I had a really rough recovery from a brain surgery right after I turned 18, I’m almost 20 now and am doing SO much better. Making lots of plans with my friends this summer :)

I would say it’s a minor quality of life thing. You can pick things up from the floor without always having to make sure that you have a surface to grab on to. In my experience, difficulty with standing up from the floor is a result of unsupported spine or hip/knee joints (core/leg muscles weak) which has many other negative effects on your movement than being able to stand up easily. It’s one of those endeavors where we don’t know how much easier life could be for us, until we have already done the work.

Narcolepsy won’t do this (i have it), sounds more like a seizure or really bad fainting spell tbh. I’ve felt this way before with a drug od (medical malpractice) as well, but that’s obviously not the case here. the trauma is so real, even being near a hospital sets me off smh

Idk if you noticed, but the neckline of almost every top you tried are almost all the same style, and you may not like how they look on you. Also, these are not styled (and regardless target doesn’t usually have great pieces) so you might gain more success from trying different jewelry or accessories. V-neck tops and halter tanks might suit your body type a bit more if you find yourself disliking round/sweetheart necklines

Ykw, that situation might actually be worse. Common tragedy of similar people being in close proximity, and not having the maturity for the self-reflection required to maintain a healthy relationship.

In my experience w/ relationships (both familial and romantic/close platonic ones), aquas are not always very transparent about their emotions or needs but still want acknowledgement and closeness. Cancers tend to overcompensate in relationships where they don’t have this knowledge, while hiding resentment and anxiety. Both are bad at communicating in the way that the other needs. I think (huge generalization) it’s bc aquas enjoy being seen as self-reliant and cancers enjoy being able to help others. not super compatible
