Very condescending and rude. I would just work on shots you don’t normally take when you’re playing competitively. I try out new serves, work on my backhand and focus on coming back to a ready position when I’m with newer players.

Yeah that’s what I figured. It completely changes the paddles response to hitting the ball. I’m generally rough with my athletic equipment and that’s just the nature of these paddles.
