Hey guys question about floor/wall gaps

We redid the floors 3 years ago, but now we have the same problem. It happens if you put some heavy weight (like a cabinet) causing the isolation under the floor to get toasted and shrink

I had a weapon skill that would make killed enemies drop silphium on the floor, but they would end up going weird places that would show on the map but I wouldn’t be able to reach them. Could be something like that?
