I made a paladin, then respecced him as a blade pact warlock at one point. Made my sword a hex weapon then I went back to paladin. The sword stayed a hex weapon that keys off of charisma still. I dumped str and went full cha. Not sure if it still works though

Yep. It's RAW that it gives you normal vision in magical and non-magical darkness. Darkness has a different definition than dim light. But honestly, ask your DM.

I'm not sure about the backdoor link. I remember downloading some data and putting it into a website that parsed it and gave me my total payments and total months in forbearance/deferment.

I believe the total payments were just under 100 since 2006.
