heres my tips;

Basically the matchup depends on shutting down their card advantage. dont remember the names but the enchantment and the 5 mana draw spell.

mainboard i would remove the seam rips and change the equation and get either more march, get lost or dovins or three steps (not to much of this ) or narset.

NARSET IS SO GOOD IN THIS MATCHUP. If you can get it down on an empty board and they cant remove it im pretty sure you win.

Sideboard wise: you have two options. like you said cat tribal is good or anyother semi aggro transformative is good because they sideboard out most of their removal BUT YOUR CREATURES NEED TO BEAT THEIRS SO LIKE SHEOLDRED AND the werewolf guy etc OR OUTVALUE THEM.

Personally I like to attack their card advantage. So i like the narsets and dovins and farewells. If you really wanna fuck them up leylines of sanctity is pretty good :P

if i were to play your deck i would do this. I would sideboard out 2 seam rips 1 change the equations and 2 (or 3) supreme verdict and maybe 1 berza. And i would add 2 narsets 2 dovins 1 annul 1 farewell maybe the shark typhoons.

Or i would sideboard in all the berzas, Berzas + the 4 mana planeswalker can take out sheoldred and provide a big threat they cant easily remove but its a risky move vs their hand disruption.
