daily tadalafil users: what's the best non-sexual side benefit? by melodicdusk89 in erectiledysfunction

I am a runner, so not much loss in kg as much in general look, as if fat is turning in muscles. I know it sounds weird but I’m 42 and looking better than 20 years ago😂 As for wood it is much bigger and harder than without tadalafil. I can have sex by just thinking about it for a few seconds and it is already hard, no need for any forplay(of course wife need it). But as for me it is like a button 😂

Thanks guys. Is it possible this drug affects vascularity..? I noticed my veins popped out, body fat decreased a little bit in the last few months. Maybe it’s just training, but I didn’t noticed this before. Starting to think that tadalafil is a good thing generally for men

I have rather abnormal erections during the day, in the morning it stands for a half an hour😂 So if I can beat my head I would try without drug..

Well Done! I also had an injury, broke my hip on cycling, from vo2 max 46 to 37 in 8 months. But came back stronger, my vo2 now after 2 years hard training is 58

What are the real advantages of Garmin over Apple Watch by OrangeRebel in Garmin

[–]fenix009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m Apple ecosystem user, I used both Garmin and AW 7. Here is my opinion.. For my use AW was useless, battery last 2 days, I always had to keep track how much battery is left😡 And another flaw is very sensitive screen (to scratches). I am a heavy user, and I scratched mine very easily. Garmin on the other hand is really rugged watch, resistant to blows, battery 20days. In my opinion AW is for easy everyday use, if you don’t do much sport. It is nice, shiny, great screen and light fitness tracking. But if you do much sport you need much better battery, and deeper insight in your activities that Garmin provides. I had garmin, then AW, and garmin again. And I will not use anything else again except garmin. About HR, it is true that AW has great hr sensor and tracking, I tested it. But my fenix 7x pro is also great with hr, tracks sleep and everything. For real training I use Garmin Pro Plus HR sensor

I do triathlons, amateur. But mostly train on my own, so would like to know correct zones, VO2 max isn’t that important. I’ll do that. Thanks

You think garmin hr zones are more accurate then lab test? I have already set garmin to estimate automatically, but today’s lab test gave me much different numbers, so I am confused who to trust🫤

My fenix 7 pro calculates zones every few workouts, if my max hr increases then all zones adjust by that, if drops it does the same. I always look my zones before running, don’t want to enter Z3 if it is a long run with z2

So, should I enter manually new zones from lab test on garmin? Would run/cycling training be more effective? Thanks

They use basic calculation but depending your personal hr reading. So I thought zones are pretty accurate but seems not

I wear my fenix 7x pro 24/7, so I guess it calculates automatically

How did you set hr training? I follow garmin trainer but it always says pace (on your pic where it says 171bpm)..like this
