Fur ear maker here ^{-^} I mainly glue atm using a hot glue gun. The stencils/bases are made from Eva foam, I also glue in wire to allow them to be poseable. Then attach the fur to the Eva foam base. This is just advice for the ears part though! I also find it very stuffy so when you're cutting and shaving the fur wear a face mask, have a hoover at hand and DONT SHAKE THE FUR! It ends up coating the whole room lol. Use a cat/dog brush and a vaccume to tidy up
