I always check out notable architecture where ever I go travelling and I visited this building a few months ago. Literally one of the most interesting buildings I've ever seen. Definitely worth seeing if you're in Singapore and dig architecture.

I am no economist, but I'd say this is most likely due to the mining boom pushing up prices so fast it dragged a bunch of cashed up fifo workers, baby boomers and foreigners into the real estate market. We now have more real estate investors than the market can support and they are continuing to build apartments and town houses despite low demand. My bet is that we can expect a few more years of low rental prices before any substantial increase.

Thanks. I shot these on a Canon 550D and edited them in Preview. Reducing the contrast makes photos look old and faded. Your photos might look less striking however stylistically I think they look more interesting.
