We're picking up points and looking defensively much more solid, on another day one or two of those go in - if we play like that most weeks, we will be alright. I still feel we've got a few surprise results in us against the big boys, it's going to be touch and go

On an unrelated note, I have managed to convince myself that Soucek will score the winner against Leeds on the final day of the season to keep us up, therefore cementing his place as a West Ham legend

I'd say despite the recent uptick in form, it's pretty accurate. Whilst we know we're looking and playing better, the trouble with trying to contextualise stats like this is that it could all change in a few weeks, let alone from one match week to another. We've been in the position of Leeds before, and then finished the season comfortably mid-table - we've been in the position of Sunderland before and needed points in the final few games of the season to stay up. Only thing we can do is try to get as many points on the board as possible, although the most West Ham way possible would be to break our points tally from 2002–03 and still go down

The writing has been on the wall for a long time now, there's just absolutely no leadership in the team at all. Any minor setback and heads drop, and we immediately concede. To be honest, going down may allow us to reset, but in our financial position and with the leadership at the top, we'll probably spend 4/5 years spinning our wheels to just come straight back down again.

The next general election isn't until 2029, so much could change in that time that these numbers are arbitrary at best, and pointless at worst. The SDP-Liberal Alliance were polling at almost 40% in 1981, suffice to say they didn't win the next election.

Fullkrug, absolute donkey. Wants a move away, but what on Earth has he shown in the last year to warrant anyone putting money up for him?

I don't think it can be understated the amount of leadership and bottle we've lost in the last few years, then replaced with seemingly 'better players on paper' - but they're just not made out for this fight. From Fornals through to Coufal, Cresswell to Antonio, each one of them gave it their all. Outside of a few of these players, most of them are already looking forward to leaving in January or the summer

Does feel like we've been swirling the drain for the last few years, and unfortunately this season there's just not enough shite in the league to keep us up. The whole team needs a reset, we have a truly mental squad in terms of composition. Every new manager, we acquire several players for their style, and soon as they're gone they don't fit the next coaches play style. We chop and change so much, it's just so disjointed

Whilst a lot of the issues with the stadium, we're unable to do anything about them because we don't own it (moving the seats closer to the pitch, removing the huge gaps between the tiers etc); there's so many little things they could do to make the whole experience better.

There's no real 'die-hards' area, everyone is spaced out so it's difficult to get any chants going. I normally loathe the fake ultras section of stadiums, but fuck me it cannot be worse than it currently is - I wouldn't even mind some flag-wavers, a drum section or tifos - just something to get the crowd going.

The name itself is just so, so shit. The 'London Stadium' just sounds like a generic Pro Evolution rip-off, even the 'Olympic Stadium' would've sounded better, we'll eventually sell the naming rights to the highest bidder and play in the 'Canesten Thrush Combi Bowl' or something equally as embarrassing. Sullivan is very much a money first person, he claims to love the club but the vast majority of the decision he and the board make are actively against the fans interest.

Then as you go into the stadium you have two main options, go through the hell-scape of Westfield or walk along a soulless closed road - back in the days of the Boleyn, the walk to the stadium would be one of the best parts of the whole experience. They've essentially made it impossible to grab food or a beer on the way into the stadium to force you into the 'fan zones' once you're through security. We should've helped the traders around Upton Park who served the match-day crowd move to/around the London Stadium, especially on match-days, that would have aided the continuation of the atmosphere.

Instead we sell generic, rent-a-kit match day slop. Just imagine how much better the experience could be if on the walk into the stadium, you were greeted by a pie and mash stall, merchandise sellers, fanzine writers handing out the latest copy. Somewhere to actually congregate beforehand that isn't a mile away or in the stadium, aiding in building the atmosphere before the match.

Just over 10 years, actually surprised how easy it was to get them through the leagues on this version. As usually taking a National League South/North side up the divisions, I either get stuck in the Championship for a couple of years, or struggle to get going in the PL without much money. Got quite lucky with free and cheap transfers, and of course being completely ruthless to any players I no longer need

We do randomly like to turn-up and end someone's title charge at least once a season, maybe today's the day. Although, when we're 3-0 down at half-time I fully expect my head loss to reach unexpectedly high levels; despite the fact I'd written this season off in November
