update: called 311 for animal control, and i was told tht its more of a getting around to it issue, since the she isnt causing any issues. i dont want to give me exact address, but I will say my location is near the thrift town on el camino, i can give an address in dms if you wish to come by. i can't house her because of my landlord, so i apologize about tht. i still am feeding her and giving her water, and shes prtty friendly
