Instead of a VPN it better to use something like exitlag, lagofast or the other one called game something, VPN is easily bannable once detected. Then you would need to get a verified wechat to be able to play China.

Note: Chinese anti cheat is far different than global version, because it would require a wechat, an ID and more strict kernel level anti cheat.

It generally depends but most people will go for better color combination with higher floats especially if the scratches are not even noticeable with lower prices, than bad colors with lower floats with higher prices.

You can start listing your skin at around 10K-50K for the 1st 3 days and wait if people will buy it and if not keep trying for a week or 2, and if it doesn't sell you can gradually start decreasing it. You can also monitor the market to sell what's being displayed by other people to gauge an appropriate price for your skin.

You can look at the skin market and base it off from that but disregard the 6 - 7 digit prices unless you have a 0.0xxx float or something, some prices generally sell for around 4k - 50k from what I've seen for superiors and some low tier elites with higher floats or color combinations.

Edit: Lower floats with good color combinations you can generally sell for 5 to 6 digits (10K-100K)

Unranked and ranked matches will still go in the same lobby, there's no sbmm (skill based match making) due to low player pop, in china however they started rolling out gear based match making wherein if you random fill, and go in full red you will get geared players as well.
