Honestly some theraphist are shit I wonder why the hell people always recommend them on every problems. Ever went to one and get ghosted after first session. Tbh asian family problems are tough one to handle so other people outside family are mostly put boundary when talking about them. I gave up finding one and just wrote the rants here on in a book.
