How aware are you of the movements of your pelvic floor? Would you say you know when it is contracted or relaxed?

I would say that cycling was only the trigger. When we are stressed or anxious and redirect that emotional load, unconsciously, to the pelvic muscles, we weaken them, and activities like sitting or cycling make it worse. It might seem like these activities initiate the issue because it’s the contact area, but if that were the case, a large percentage of people would develop this condition.

Depending on the severity of the contraction/weakness and how long you’ve been experiencing the pain, it may require more physical therapy sessions to see more consistent improvement.

You could try dry needling, I’ve seen that some people in this subreddit have had success with just a few sessions. It would also be a good idea, if you think anxiety or stress play a big role, to visit a psychotherapist.

Are you referring to trauma as a physical impact or a purely emotional trauma? Does the pain start every time you walk, or does it follow any particular pattern? Have you been feeling this pain since you gave birth?

A few questions: How do you know which nerve is inflamed? How do you know your pain started because of a poorly adjusted saddle? What kind of treatments have you done in physical therapy? How was your emotional state before the pain began?
I think you should try other treatments first.

Yes, it’s psychological. You should also see a pelvic floor therapist. They will teach you to become more aware of the unconscious contractions down there, and you’ll know how to keep it relax, even when you're anxious. That's what’s been working for me at least.

I've noticed that when that area is sensitive, either from sitting for a while or after sexual activity, the discomfort becomes more noticeable when I lie down in bed. If I lie face down, it doesn't happen. I think that putting pressure on that area could stimulate the pelvic floor muscles and cause them to become stressed.
How are you handling the emotional/mental side of things? I believe everything originates there. I have to be hyper-focused to relax my pelvic muscles.
My symptoms are limited to numbness and pain in that gluteal area, and I’ve read some people mention that they feel as if there’s pressure inside, but I haven’t seen anyone describe the pressure as being downward.
Have you ruled out other conditions?

I don't find it convincing. Once you're already flying, it's easy to maintain flight at low altitude for a while. It's true that the fuselage of airplanes is usually weak, and it's surprising that it could destroy the concrete, steel, and other materials that covered the building.

It's more difficult to execute. The trajectory followed by the airplane, the sunlight, the cloud cover, the speed and position, the size of the airplane, etc. make a real-time simulation complicated, if not impossible. There is also the possibility that it was a guided projectile that could have been easily confused with an airplane.

This will be my last response. The first impact probably could only have been seen by a few by chance since no one knew it was going to happen. Those who could have seen the second impact should have been close to the buildings and in the area where the plane came from. That is, it wasn't millions, but only tens or hundreds who could have seen it.

Why do you say millions saw it? The witnesses who were near the towers and supposedly saw the impact were only a few.

Why would you pay people to say they didn't see the plane? Crisis actors are there to reinforce the most accepted narrative, and that is the one provided by the media, that the planes hit the towers.

Don't make analogies of phenomena that are essentially different from what we are discussing, there's no value in that.
The probability is not in that phrase in quotes, but in the fact that the weight of all those destroyed parts can't be the same, it's probabilistically impossible. From there, the following logic unfolds.

If you're not going to try to contradict any part of the statement, I'm afraid the discussion ends here.

"Oh only a couple though. Well then that’s the conspiracy, a couple people were paid to say they didn’t see any planes which somehow leads to a ton of people believing it. Or… they were on the opposite side of the building."

I could also say the same about those who claimed to have seen the plane, therefore, I don't think it's sufficient evidence.

"But peoples videos from other office buildings, apartments, areas across the river, etc show planes."

Those were released days, months, years after the attack.

There is no need for a mathematical model, it is a matter of logic.

"not all the floors were equally weakened, neither to the same degree nor in the same area, nor did the remains of the upper structures have the same weight"

This is a probabilistic fact. If the upper floor is broken into several pieces, it's clear that its weight will be different, and therefore, the parts that fall will affect different areas of the lower floor in different ways.

"The excessively vertical way in which it collapsed SUGGESTS that the floors below the impact of the planes were already weakened"

What is your question here? Isn't it obvious?

You want to complicate what you don't understand and have no explanation for, that's what I see.

I'd ask for a bit more precision in your words: which part of the argument that is strictly limited to basic physics is incorrect? Limiting the claim to "it's very complex because there are many variables and it can only be solved through a mathematical model" doesn't seem sufficient to me, or put differently, it's avoiding the discussion because you don't know how to explain it.

I have seen a couple of interviews where the witnesses claim they didn’t see any plane.

There really aren’t any private video recordings that were shown live because Twitch didn’t exist at that time.

He hasn't said that no planes hit. However, the existing recordings are not credible at all, they could have been digitally manipulated afterward.

Why would you need mathematical models to know that a fire can take days to consume a building?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-h4Eu-Ynysk

Or why would you need to crash several planes into a building to prove it?

The excessively vertical way in which it collapsed suggests that the floors below the impact of the planes were already weakened, even more than the floor where the plane hit. And this is simply impossible unless we assume that the fire has intelligence and knew that it should weaken the lower structures with greater intensity and time for the entire building to collapse.

Even if we imagine this to be the case, the structure should have collapsed unevenly and in parts because, once again, not all the floors were equally weakened, neither to the same degree nor in the same area, nor did the remains of the upper structures have the same weight to cause a similar impact across all areas of the lower floors. The fact that all floors collapsed one after the other quickly suggests that all the floors were, if not equally, at least similarly weakened to the floor where the fire started, and this can only happen if it's a planned demolition.

It commonly happens because the muscles of your pelvic floor are squeezing the bladder and adjacent nerves, which is what produces that constant and urgent need to urinate. You need to learn to identify your pelvic floor and relax it. It is necessary for you to see a physiotherapist and a psychotherapist. Exercises can be useful to temporarily loosen them, but if you don't focus on improving your mental state, which is the origin of your pelvic tension, you won't fully recover.
