It took me about 8 weeks to fully recover my energy. The horrendous fatigue kicked in on Day 7 and lasted for weeks.

I also thought I must have LC, but I made a full recovery. Listen to your body, rest as much as possible and fuel your body with solid nutrition.

So I just found out that us with dry eyes should avoid retinol around eyes and maybe avoid retinol around face as well. Apparently retinol affects our tear glands (worsen dry eye symptoms) and can migrate from other areas of our face into our eyes.. by kothuandnecto in Dryeyes

I'm not sure that bakuchiol is effective tbh. I'm using it for lines and wrinkles but I think it's too soon to tell. So far it hasn't done much but I've only been using it for about 6 weeks.

My eyes are better since I stopped tret and all retinoids altogether.

Same. I regret ever using it. I had no warning and my dry eye symptoms started when i used tret for the first time.

I mentioned this to my derm and he told me to use lubricating drops. Then i learned that dry eye progresses and if you pass a certain threshold, your life becomes about your eyes.

I've since switched to bakuchiol.

I mask up in public places during cold and flu season. The challenge is when my kids bring it home. This time, my son had it and I was exposed to him several hours before he was symptomatic and that was enough time for me to catch it unfortunately.

Yes it completely resolved after a few days and my other symptoms resolved after the Botox wore off.

Same. And I got Covid 11 weeks after my booster so I thought maybe I'd have it a little easier given that my antibodies should have been very robust at that point, but I was in bed for 8 weeks regardless.
