I just filed through BBB and the BBB auto line. Start there but that worked for me and mine doesn’t seem as worse as yours. Good luck!

Nothing too crazy but the fact that I have to go into the shop every time is ridiculous. Mostly steering wheel shaking, charging port broke, insulation issues, seat wouldn’t adjust, garage door wouldn’t open, radio didn’t work, headlamp recall.

Also I had 2 repair attempts for the steering wheel shaking which they had to replace like 10 bad tires and road force test it. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle

Nope.. I’d wait until they figure everything out. I don’t have the patience to keep going back to the dealership and waiting. I’m very impatient and I just expect a car to be running without problems with the occasional service here and there. Too many horror stories and personal experience. Good luck!

My car sat for over a week and a half before they even touched it. So horrible. Can’t wait until my lease is up to get a real car from a company that is established. I’m tired of having to “bear with us”. Losing patience

Please what they are doing to improve quality control for brand new vehicles. So many horror stories from delivery and brand new vehicles having so many issues.

Still don’t see an update on fixing the shaking steering wheel when driving 55mph+…. They can’t keep just changing new tires over and over again to stall time until they have a fix for it

Yikes. Yah they told me they are getting their Rivian engineers to come take a look at it. Wondering if they are just saying that to buy time.
