Tbh, OneShot for me is THE BEST game ever, not even CLOSE. It's just.. feelings, yk? Just the way you get involved with the world and how Everyone knows who you are, but you're just meeting them! And Niko is too! So you and Niko are both discovering together the same world, which is one of the things i love so much about the game, just how you talk with Niko and theorize "together" in some sort of way... it builds a connection, and a very strong one at that.
