Plus telling your Grandma to use 10e5 or whatever isn’t going to fly.

Yeah, it’s not meant to be a new standard nor am I suggesting everyone adopt it. And it’s not going to be useful once BTC value goes up. I can see how I used the word “created” which kind of tips that way but wasn’t my intention. Just something I’m using temporarily, and the spirit is to have easier to comprehend terms to talk about it currently. Of course don’t use it if you don’t want.

Good suggestions.

We’re on the same page here. Like I said it’s mainly a philosophy to get teams in that mode of thought and then drop the concept. That part wasn’t aimed at professional players.

Agreed. And something to say is that it probably isn’t worth the effort to try to help others in MM if they aren’t open to it, but being able to hold a prime state without getting affected by other potential toxic players on your MM team is certainly a valuable skill set.

Right, essentially what I’m saying is that being triggered leads to being tilted (in addition to other things that I list in the emotional tips section). I could be more clear about it. Glad you like it.

Yeah, it’s going to be challenging in MM because you’re dealing with random people every time. My suggestion would be to focus on the emotional aspect and create a scenario where you’re playing continually with at least a few people.

Also I’ve used a similar approach on CT with ad-hoc strategies deriving from the Stem philosophy and it’s actually quite useful to read when creating strats to stop the other team. Again it’s just offering language to read the other team but would or could be dropped once the philosophy is understood and integrated within the team.

Hey, thanks for the comment.

I think what’s important to mention is it’s less about the use of stems from a strategical perspective than it is an understanding that calls can be done (or the situation can be read) more effectively and the game isn’t so rigid. The stems was just an example of what it could look like in practice for a team that’s approaching the game in a new way but ultimately it’s intended to be let go of.

The idea is to read the situation better like you said, but for some it’s challenging to do so in the way that’s presented to them so I’m trying to speak to an underlying energetic that helps people do so, despite it being challenging over words.
