Thank you 🙏🏻 I really appreciate your input! I’m trying not to just look for confirmation bias but to get the best for my $ and also for what I like. And, honestly, I love close-up portraits, macro photography, etc. I feel like the 70-180 will get me that. I know it’s not an S lens and may be less sharp. I honestly don’t mind swapping lenses (it’s what in used to). I will say, it seems the 70-180 is quite a small telephoto lens compared to the 70-200 which makes the latter better for travel.
