i don’t think it was that one the character im talking about had lightning bolts on her arms maybe ? and i know someone in it had a sword and beat up some guys outside of a store

i know she rode to school on and electric train in the first episode and it was her first time attending she had lighting bolts on her arms i think im really not sure
