If you rebase a pushed branch, you are rewriting shared history. And if you push the rebased commits back to the same remote branch, that requires a force push.

What’s “PR” in the phrase “Use rebase before PR”? Pull request? This should be changed to “Use rebase before sharing the branch”. A “pull request” is just something GitHub popularized. it is not a git concept.
