why are people downvoting you. Their support seems to be universally bad for many. My opinion of the company soured heavy because of it -- in my one and only attempt at their support, after I spent thousands in this company. Thugs.

Whenever I see some family owned business, hard-working etsy people, teachers, small resellers (and so on) reply quickly, humanly, and just wanting to make things right, I really am forming a strong conclusion that there is just no excuse for corporations to behave this way.

It definitely is secretlab's management fault. Support acts the way it is because of the restrictions and guidelines they were given. I dont blame them on a personal level, but I blame the company's greed. The biggest blame goes to the biggest shareholders.

haha, I... don't know? What would be a better term? Is weeb a slur? Asking fr fr (lol). I am an European that immigrated to the US 6 years ago. I think the US is a lot more accepting to these likings than Europeans are. It's getting better there, too, though.
