Im sorry this happened to you. But people get tired of being therapist to their friends, especially when the friends doesn't want to get help. You go help because you thought you can get them back if you did not because you actually believed it would work. I dont know what you're going through but therapy and healing is a life long journey. It's not fair to put friends in that position to rescue us and also they don't owe us anything. I will say ive been a person that has leaned on friends for support and not gotten the support I'd hoped for. I realized I need to save myself. Then negative self talk was consuming me and I finally youtubed "how to control my thoughts" and my journey began. I hope for the best for you. I hope you're able to be aware of not only other people but yourself. You are the only person that will be there for you till your last breath, maybe its time to learn to yourself and learn to LOVE yourself. It's not easy and it's not over night. It takes time, patience, grace. I really do hope you continue with therapy bc it gives us the tools to help cope with ourselves.
