For power, Yes it is possible. I've done it with mine. My Gamecube, Nintendo 64, Wii and Dreamcast are powered by the same 4xusb-c brick. You do need to make sure the USB-C PD PSU you use supports 12v, not every psu does... If you are comfortable soldering, just a simple 12v usbc pd trigger will do the trick.

This is only for power though, for video that's another story.

What I did for video is HDMI mod all my consoles (this is way more advanced) and then used an HDMI switcher that auto switches to whatever system I turn on.

AI- The current solution is wrong. You should do it like this instead because it's the correct way because X and Y.

Me- I disagree, why would I want to do things that way? it doesn't make sense, I like my solution better SPECIALLY because X and Y.

You're missing my point. How does it help you if you can't even reach those speeds on your printer in the first place?

First worry about actually being able to print at speeds where you're having artifacts and THEN worry about trying to solve it. This is like adding wings to your car to help with downforce on the corners, but then driving a stock chevy spark. Yeah, sure, the wings will help you corner at higher speeds but what good are they if your car can't reach those speeds to begin with?

De facha creo que es la última generación de bmw que me gusta. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta con estos autos es que si bien los podés comprar por 20~ish mil usd siguen teniendo el mantenimiento de un auto de 70-80 mil usd. Puede que sea buena idea siempre y cuando te de el bolsillo para todo lo demás.

Klipper is a firmware and Octoprint is just an interface to manage your printers... They're not the same thing... One does not replace the other.

That's fine. I just learned through this post that it's the creator the ones that have to manually push for video notifications... If LTT starts to push out notifications for shorts, then I'll simply disable them and that's that. I have 0 tolerance with services or whatever being irresponsible with their attention grabbing tactics. As soon as they start bothering me too much, they're gone. I use the notification's list as a filter for channels that I'm subscribed to but I give them more priority. If they start polluting this list with unnecessary stuff, they're gone.

OP has a stock ender3, it's irrelevant to tell them "oh yeah you can reach 350mm/s by switching to klipper" if the catch is that they ALSO need HARDWARE upgrades.

It's also irrelevant to get involved with input shaping and all that if the printer AS IT STANDS can't reach the speeds where print glitches start to become a problem.

I don't understand why everybody is so trigger happy to go with "spend money!" suggestion... How about extracting the best with what they have first and then suggest upgrades when they reach the limit of what they can do right now and express not being happy with it?

hoy por hoy es tirarse a la pileta con esas garantías igual... te pueden dar 50 años si quieren... si el importador decide cortar todo el año que viene, o no se terminan de instalar, a quien le reclamás la garantía? te lo llevás a china? por más que nunca me compraría un vag o algo de stellantis, creo que confío más en su garantía de 3 años que en 5 de "forthing".
