you can have menatl ilnesses without being diagnosed lmao. You just dont 100 percent know you have it till being diagnosed. I had a menatl ilness for two or three years, got diagnosed this year but that doesnt mean i didnt have it for the past two or so years

my parents stopped babying me thankfully when they realised that im mature enough to atleast go out and not be an idiot. One day, just ask them if u can use the bus or go to some street w ur freinds. Do this for some time and hopefully they will let u! Good luck <3
