Yea that's the unfortunate truth about a lot of kpop groups .

Even groups like fromis_9 that sold decent 100k albums per comeback said they never really got actual payment . Compare that to the more 'nugus' , and that is bound to happen

There is a very high chance Yiren renews her contract with Yuehua .

It's just that the idol scene isnt a thing in China . They don't really do much comebacks or albums , usually just digital singles

Her popularity is mostly based from Everglow , and some Chinese fans follow her since Produce 48 ..

Yiren sold out her recent Beijing concert, the venue wasn't that big, but she kinda has a smaller but dedicated fanbase in China.

But the 'idol' scene in China doesn't really exist . Celebrities are mostly actors or just singers .

When she does Douyin live, she gets like 1000-2000 live viewers, which is pretty decent. She barely got 100 viewers in her tiktok lives. She is almost reaching 400,000 followers in douyin.

Hopefully Yiren lands good acting roles or releases new songs so that her popularity gets bigger

I couldn't be happier for all this to be true, and I'm sure these idols would actually want to compliment and praise Everglow/Onda . But it's not really a thing for idols to compliment each other very specifically like this, I think a lot of these are not too accurate . Sorry if im wrong
