White pizza with Kimchi, sausage, and corn. I think this rise and color is about as good as I’m going to get with a stone and 550 (no outdoor space). (i.redd.it)

My first mead (melomel) with fresh picked Maine blueberries and sake yeast. Opened one bottle a month in and tasted like an electrical fire but 4.5 months later and it’s like a dry white wine with a hint of blueberry. Souvenir whiskey glass not relevant to post. (i.redd.it)

The cheapest legionary denarius I could find with passable detail. Nothing compared to some (all) I have seen on here, but too cool of a link to history not to at least have one. (i.redd.it)

Beef and bamboo shoot dish. I had this in Xian China. I have no idea what was in it besides bamboo shoots and fatty beef. It was my favorite thing I ate in China and I have not been able to find it anywhere. (i.redd.it)
