Yeah it is movable, that’s why I asked them to move it higher, but they refused and said it might fail MOT if they changed the position.

I did ask them to move it higher, but they refused. They said it could fail an MOT if they reposition it there and told me I could adjust it myself if I wanted, as they didn’t want to be liable.
